Aaron Craze was one of the second group of trainees from Channel 4’s Jamie’s Kitchen programme. Aaron left school with no formal qualifications and worked in several jobs before applying to become a trainee in Jamie Oliver’s London restaurant, Fifteen, graduating from its Chef Training Programme with merit. Since then Aaron has worked at restaurants including London’s The Ivy and has appeared in television programmes including Junior Bake-Off.
Lucy Hosken is the Technical Assistant at Riviera Produce, a business that grows a variety of brassica produce across 7,000 acres in Cornwall and invests in the latest technology to ensure that it remains ‘Cornwall’s Grower of Choice’.
Andrew has trained and worked as a chef, sommelier and maître d’ across fine dining establishments and has been working with the Compass Group for 28 years, most recently as Executive Chef at Chartwells. Along with Allegra McEvedy, Andrew is the chef face of the Super Yummy Kitchen project.
