Jenny is Head of Nutrition at the Jamie Oliver Group and is registered with the Association for Nutrition. Jenny is particularly passionate about improving the food environment through policy change. She is part of the Bite Back 2030 Impact Advisory Committee, a youth-led movement calling for a food system that puts children’s health first and recently joined the Global Food Security Programme’s Strategic Advisory Board. Jenny was previously Campaign Manager at Action on Sugar and developed MEND (child weight management) programmes, upskilling health professionals internationally to deliver these. Jenny has an MSc in Nutrition from Kings College London and a BA in English and Sports Science from Loughborough University.

Bettina is a self-taught chef and a huge plant passionate advocate, specialising in Plant based (Vegan) and free from recipe development for brands, the hospitality industry and within food development. Bettina has written three cookbooks; Happy Food & 7 Day Vegan Challenge and her latest, Celebrate – Plant-based recipes for every occasion. Bettina is passionate about unravelling the potential of plant foods and the free-from space by following easy and basic principles incorporating seasonality and local produce. Food that makes you feel good, that is grown within the seasons and nurtured by people that care.

Laura is a freelance Registered Nutritionist in public health nutrition. Her work includes providing online nutrition support for individuals. Laura loves reviewing the scientific evidence and translating it into clear and practical messages, and of course testing out new recipes.

Kim Smith recently graduated from a Masters in food policy and has over 25 years experience working across the U.K. food industry. Covering a diverse range of roles, she has been a product developer for supermarkets, food service and food manufacturers as well as running farmers markets, food events, judged food awards and most recently taught food education in primary schools. A lifelong lover of food, she is the mother to 2 boys, and now works to improve primary school food education. She does this through her role as Co-Chair and Trustee at TastEd, a leading sensory food education charity, developing a curriculum based primary food education programme and continuing her academic research. 

Tom Hunt is an award-winning chef, food writer and food waste campaigner. His Bristol restaurant Poco attained the Sustainable Restaurant Association’s highest ever score of 96%.

Charlotte Radcliffe is a registered nutritionist (RNutr) and director of The Nutrition Consultant Ltd. 

Having worked in the food industry for over 20 years, Charlotte has a unique combination of skills. She incorporates solid, evidence-based nutrition, communications and commercial expertise together with an in-depth understanding of food and ingredients. She has a strong food safety and technical background, and since qualifying as a nutritionist in 2007, she has performed many nutrition roles in the food industry (including working as Company Nutritionist for one of the world’s most recognised food brands). 

Bee Wilson is a food writer and broadcaster and the author of five books, including First Bite: How We Learn to Eat. Her latest book is The Way We Eat Now in which she writes about TastEd. She has long been interested in school food and served two terms as a school governor at St Matthew’s primary school in Cambridge, where she has been piloting TastEd lessons alongside teachers.

Priya is an award-winning dietitian and nutrition professional with a degree in Nutritional Sciences and a Masters in Dietetics. Registered with the Health Professions Council and the British Dietetic Association, her TV appearances include Eat Well For Less (BBC1), Food Truth or Scare (BBC1) and Honest Supermarket (BBC2). With wide-ranging experience both within the NHS and as a freelance dietitian Priya offers an inventive and fresh approach to nutrition.

Zoe is a Registered Nutritionist with 30 years experience working in public health specialising in projects to increase fruit and veg consumption in children and adults. Zoe runs her own business, ZG Nutrition, where she is a recipe developer, nutrition writer, conducts research and runs nutrition courses.
